When is StyleTaneous Events Open?

We are available for events every day from 10am-midnight. Contact us directly for rental rates after midnight.

Tours are facilitated by appointments only.

Is there a Incidental or Security Deposit?

There is a $250 Security Deposit That is Due 48 hours of Your scheduled Event, in the case anything liable is to happen as a consequence of your event. Your Security Deposit will be refunded 24-48 hours after your rental, depending upon the condition of Venue. Please note that there will be a deduction in security deposit if all terms and agreements aren't met, such as event end time. If your event end time goes over into the next hour by 15 minutes are longer you will be held responsible for a hour rental per hour. If any damages are done to the event space you will be held responsible to pay for damages or lost of security deposit depending on degree of damages. If damages exceed the amount of your security deposit an arrangement of payment must be secured within 48 hours to repair damages made.


What’s the capacity for the Space? 

MAX legal capacity for an event at StyleTaneous Events is 100 standing and 80 seated.

Do I need to hire an event planner or Coordinator?

A event planner/coordinator is not required, but you are more than welcome to hire one.. We pride ourselves on providing an elegant space that will enhance any event and we are always here to help. 


Can I bring in outside catering?

StyleTaneous Events has an open-vendor policy. You are able to bring in any vendor that you would like, including the caterer of your choice, with no restrictions. The one exception to the open-vendor policy is no outside alcohol allowed, you must use StyleTaneous Events  licensed bartender. The Bar is an additional cost of $25 an hour with a 4 hour minimum which includes a fully stocked cash bar. 


Are there any restrictions on decorations?

Yes. There is no drilling, stapling, hammering of any kind, or anything else that will hurt the property in anyway. No tape on the walls or floors. Some things maybe hung on the walls using painter's tape.


What is your alcohol policy?

If you are planning on serving alcohol at your event, StyleTaneous Events has an in-house licensed bartender to serve your guests. The bartender is required to serve and control all alcohol. There is no outside alcohol allowed. To Include Ask or Request the price for bartenders rate.


How do I book my event?

Bookings can be done in person at the building, over the phone, or online. For payment plan options, please make your reservation at the building or over the phone with one of our representatives.


Can I need to bring a DJ?

Unfortunately we do not allow DJs in our event space due to residence living above our venue but feel free to bring your own playlist. StyleTaneous Events offers a Bluetooth Acoustic Audio speaker, with microphone.


Can I come take a tour?

Yes! We would love the opportunity to show you the venue and discuss the details of your event. Tours are by appointment only.


What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final. Once you are booked there is no refund of money upon cancellation or rescheduling. If you need to cancel and if your event is more than 90 days away and paid in full, we can issue you a building credit. Building credits must be activated within 365 days from the day that you made your initial booking. This applies regardless of when your initial event date was scheduled or how far out you cancelled. Your building credit is only valid for 365 days from the date that you made the original booking


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans and we are happy to work with you. An initial deposit is due at the time of booking and you have the option to pay in full or to set up a monthly payment plan. For specific information, please contact us directly. 


What's included with each reservation?

When you book your event at StyleTaneous Events, the rate includes the venue space, a Picture Green Hedge-wall that can be decorated into your choice, tables and chairs,  a refrigerator with sink in bar area and wireless internet with acoustic audio speaker and microphone and disco strobe lights. We also offer party packages at an additional rate that include linens, centerpieces, balloon packages, backdrops, and much more. Please request upon reserving.


Do you provide any furniture?

The venue does not come with any furniture, it’s an open floor plan to create your vision. We are here to suggest items for rent through a local party rental store. 


Do you have a catering kitchen?

We provide a prep space that features a sink, refrigerator and counter space. We do not provide ice or the use of a warming cabinet for food Please bring as needed. We are not equipped with a stove or oven and do not allow any cooking of any kind on premises. Caterers should be prepared to bring the food in hot boxes to keep it warm for your event.


Can we bring in food from home or do a potluck?

You and your guests are welcome to bring in your own food including homemade items if you would like. Please note that we do not provide plates, napkins, flatware or wait staff.


Are animals allowed?

With the exception of service animals, we do not allow animals.


Do you allow candles?

Open flames are not allowed anywhere in the building. We do allow floating candles.


Am I responsible for clean up?

StyleTaneous Events will clean the space before and after your event; sweeping, mopping, detailing the bathroom, and taking care of any necessary repairs. In order to get your full security deposit back, you (or your caterer) must complete the following break down procedures immediately following your event:


*All items brought in and used the day of your event must be removed from the premises by the end of your rental time. You are not permitted to leave anything on site after the contracted end time.


*The space will be delivered clean and at the end of your event we expect it to be given back in a neat debris free condition. Broom swept, trash contained and thrown away is all that is necessary.

*If you purchased one of our party packages, you will just need to take your food and trash and we will take care of the rest.


Can I come in early to decorate?

You will have access to the venue two hours before your time block starts. If you will need extra time to decorate, make sure you include that time in whatever time block you choose.


*If you purchased one of our party packages, the venue will be setup and ready at the time of your agreed rental time.


Will StyleTaneous Events setup my decor if I drop it off?

We provide party packages that includes table linen, chargers, cake stands, columns, and your choice of backdrop. All will be setup for you one hour before your events starts. At the end of you party take your food and trash and we'll handle the rest. **There's an additional setup fee for all packages.**


*For your personal decor, we think it’s best that you have someone who is close to you and has been involved with your creative process come in and set up your personal items during.


Are there any items not permitted at the premises?

No confetti, rice, fireworks, propane, or grilling allowed. No weapons of any kind and NO DRUGS. NO SMOKING IN VENUE.
